We scan, combine and deliver

Databases and reports

Our catalogue holds over 180 public databases in 13 categories, from energy to health. We link them by tax ID, business register numbers and address, check their quality and deliver them in the form you need: a dataset for your systems, a report, monitoring or a calculator.

What we build from data

Data is the raw material. We match the product to what you need to do with it

The same database can feed your CRM every week, land on the board's desk as a report or become a calculator where a client checks the assumptions themselves. Here are the six forms in which we deliver data.

01A dataset for your systems

Cleaned and linked by tax ID, business register number or address. As a file, through an API or as a recurring feed that goes straight into your CRM, data warehouse or spreadsheet.

E.g. a list of companies with a new grant, sent to the sales team's CRM every week.

02Enriching your database

We add what your records are missing: tax ID, industry code, address, VAT status, grants, public contracts, grid connection capacity.

E.g. a database of 5,000 clients enriched with their public sector contracts.

03Report

One-off or recurring, with the conclusion on the first page and tables for further work.

E.g. a quarterly report on the energy storage market for the board.

04Monitoring and alerts

We track selected registers and let you know when something relevant appears: a new funding call, a competitor's contract, a register entry.

E.g. an alert when funding call results are announced in your region.

05Password-protected calculator

A tool where the client checks their own assumptions, with the data range stated and the methodology in the open.

06Custom project

From the data source to deployment on your side, including handover to your team. For when you need more than one of the forms above.

E.g. your own supplier database with automatic refresh.

180+public databases in the catalogue, each with a data sheet: contents, update frequency, licence, quality rating
110+companies already making money on this kind of data. We know their products and prices
22databases that new regulations will create in 2026–2027

Catalogue

What we already have, category by category

The figures are rounded. One database can belong to several categories, so the total comes out higher than the whole catalogue. For each category we also show how many companies already sell products built on this data: a sign that someone pays for it.

Your industry

Not on the list? We will check whether the data is public, what its quality is and whether anyone already makes money on it. You will get an answer even if it is: it cannot be done.

On specific databases

This is what we make from them

The first two are working calculators, available with a password. The next two are summaries from databases we already hold: we deliver them as a file, a feed into your systems or a report.

Will an energy storage system pay off?

Database: energy prices every 15 minutes since June 2024

Screenshot of the energy storage calculator with the annual result and a monthly chart.

A 1 MW / 2 MWh storage system in 2025: PLN 323,000 in annual result, simple payback in 8.7 years. This is the upper limit for one cycle a day.

What price does a solar or wind farm really get?

Databases: prices every 15 minutes and national renewable generation

Screenshot of the farm revenue calculator: the price captured by the farm against the market average.

A 10 MW solar farm in 2025 received an average of PLN 285/MWh, or 64.5% of the average market price.

custom summary

Who sells software to public authorities?

Database: register of public sector contracts

custom summary

Who got a grant and will be looking for a contractor?

Databases: project lists from regional authorities and beneficiaries' tender notices

A company that has received a grant has to spend it. We show who, on what and in which region.

How we work

Facts, not guesswork

Every database has a data sheet with us: what it really contains, how often it changes, what we link it by, under what licence and when we last checked it. We rate quality from A to D before anything goes into a product.

01 · scanWe find the source

Public registers, institutional interfaces, EU open data, industry databases.

02 · compileWe combine the pieces

We match records by tax ID, REGON, KRS and address, clean them and check completeness.

03 · deliverWe hand over a finished product

In one of the six forms described above: from a dataset for your systems to a calculator.

Databases yet to be created

22 new sources from regulations already adopted

We track which data the authorities will have to release and when. Four examples:

E-invoice datafrom 2026

The mandatory e-invoicing system captures a picture of trade between companies. Aggregated summaries will be a new source of knowledge about industries and regions.

High-value datasetsby the end of 2026

An EU obligation to release company registers and spatial, weather and statistical data free of charge, in a form ready for machine download.

Building emissionsdate open

A central register of heat sources in buildings. For energy companies, installers and local authorities it is a map of where the old boilers are.

Financial and ESG data on EU companiesfrom 2027

A single European access point for financial statements and sustainability reports. You will be able to compare a Polish company with competitors from across the EU in one place.

Where our data comes from

From reliable, publicly available sources and from compiling our own information. On every project we check the licence and the terms of reuse before we calculate anything. If something cannot be resold, we say so at the start, not after the invoice. Databases containing personal data are handled separately and used only after a GDPR assessment.
